We provide online Doctor consultation app to consult specialist doctors. It provides secure video consultation with doctors. Ask a doctor online anytime, anywhere from your home or work or while traveling, get prescription and diagnosis online.

– Search the right doctor, view doctor’s details and reviews & talk to doctor online.
– Upload health reports, medical reports and photos in private chat with doctors.
– Select your doctor based on their specialty, fees, location, gender, experience or ratings.
– Get Electronic Prescriptions, Diagnostic Laboratory Requisitions and Medical Sick Leave for Work or School from Certified Doctors and Healthcare Providers through our secure virtual portal, thereby maintaining both your privacy and comfort.

How do I get a refill of a prescription?

Currently, we only offer the provision to request an automatic refill to our patients seen by the physician.

How to Test from Home?

You can make your daily medical tests in the comfort of your home.

Health Checks at home

1. Select a Health Check.
2. Choose your date, time and address.
3. Sample will be collected from your address.
4. Health reports will be uploaded on app within 24-48 hours.
5. Talk to a doctor to get personalized doctor consultations.
6. NABL-accredited & ISO Standard hospital labs.

Our Doctors are from Kerala, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi & other top cities in India.

Can we avail our insurance benefits?

Our Doctor On Demand works with many employers and health plans. During registration, make sure to add your insurance to find out if your health plan supports Doctor On Demand telehealth visits.

To see if your company is included, follow these easy steps:

– Open the Doctor On Demand app and sign in to your account.
– Go to the gear symbol in the top right.
– Go to “Employer” or “Insurance” and follow the prompts.
– If using your computer, go to your account online and hover above your name in the top right; then click on “Payment & Benefits” to add.

Can your physicians prescribe medication?

Yes, our physicians are able to prescribe a wide range of drugs, which are useful for infections, allergies and other ailments.

Please note that we do not prescribe certain drugs, such as: Narcotics, or pain medications

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following:

All major credit cards, such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Paypal.
